  • “I have taken many yoga trainings over the years and even led a 25-hour kids yoga teacher training module. This training topped them all in terms of the amount of information provided. I learned how to create clear, engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, I better understand the unique developmental stages of K-12th graders, my classroom management has also improved."
