Our 95-Hour Children’s Yoga Teacher Training prepares you to teach yoga and mindfulness with skill, care, and confidence in school and youth settings. Designed for those who work and live with children and teens across grade levels, the training is open to all—yoga teachers, educators, mental health professionals, school staff, parents, teens, and others interested in bringing these practices to young people.

  • The training is a 95-hour program that combines live sessions, self-paced online coursework, readings, and practice. You should expect a steady weekly commitment of approximately 2–3 hours, along with two full weekend intensives held on Saturdays and Sundays.   • ONLINE PLATFORM OPENS SATURDAY, MARCH 21, 2026

    All sessions below are live on Zoom:

    • Wednesday, March 25 | 5:30–7:00 PM — Live orientation

    • Saturday–Sunday, March 28–29 | 10:00–4:30 — Weekend Intensive

    • Wednesday, April 8 | 5:30–7:00 PM — Live Integration Session: Module 1

    • Wednesday, April 15 | 5:30–7:00 PM — Live Integration Session: Module 2

    • Wednesday, April 22 | 5:30–7:00 PM — Live Integration Session: Module 3

    • Saturday–Sunday, April 25–26 | 10:00–4:30 — Weekend Intensive

    • TBD (7–30 days after last weekend)— Teaching practicum

  • No prior yoga teaching experience is required. This training is open to yoga teachers, educators, school staff, youth workers, parents, teens, and others interested in applying yoga and mindfulness to their work with children and teens.

  • Because this is a certification program, live attendance is required as part of the training. In the event of an unavoidable absence, we take a case-by-case approach to determine appropriate next steps.

    • School teachers and staff may be eligible to earn graduate-level professional development credit through our educational partnership with Course4Teachers, an affiliate of University of the Pacific – Benerd College.

    • For registered yoga teachers, this training qualifies for Yoga Alliance continuing education hours (YACEP).

  • Yes. Bent On Learning is a Registered Children’s Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Completion of the full 95-hour program makes you eligible for Yoga Alliance’s Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) credential.

  • Enrollment becomes non-refundable 14 days prior to the training start date. This applies to all enrollment options, including installment plans. If you are unable to attend, your enrollment may be transferred to a future training within one year.
