TRAINING TERMS & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

By enrolling in Bent On Learning’s Children’s Yoga Teacher Training, you agree to the following terms:

Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Installment plans consist of three equal payments billed every two weeks. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Refund Policy
Enrollment is non-refundable beginning 14 days prior to the training start date, including installment plans. This policy allows us to confirm faculty, scheduling, and cohort commitments. If you are unable to attend, your enrollment may be transferred to a future training within one year.

Attendance & Participation
Live sessions are a required part of the training experience. Attendance and active participation are expected. Absences are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may impact certification eligibility.

Certification Requirements
To receive a certificate of completion, you must complete the required hours, coursework, readings, and teaching/observation components as outlined in the program materials.

Use of Training Materials
Training materials are provided for your personal and professional development. Materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Program Changes
Bent On Learning reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the training schedule, faculty, or format if needed, while maintaining the integrity of the program.
